The V4 Gen2 FET Condenser is a great all-around microphone for a variety of applications, including acoustic guitar, drum overheads, and vocals. The V13 Gen2 Tube Condenser is primarily designed for vocals, but can also be used for a variety of applications including guitar amp mic'ing.
